M&A Analyst – TMT recruitment
The firm has a strong track record after nearly 10 years of business where it has advised several landmark transactions with growth stage companies in both private placement capital raising and MA.
Founded by a very impressive team that incorporates bulge bracket bankers and ex Private Equity partners the firm has an experienced and very highly regarded team which is influential in their ability to win and complete deals.
Focussing on growth stage companies they have been active on a mixture of buy and sell-side public and private MA deals, many of which have been cross border throughout Europe and the US. Also heavily involved in raising capital for their clients the company has an established track record as a preferred advisory to several PE houses and VC Funds.
Actively hiring at the Analyst level they are seeking someone with:
*At least 2 years MA experience - Must be able to demonstrate bulge bracket training and / or full deal process experience from start to finish
*Very strong technical skills around modelling and valuation work
*Ability to write reports (IM's, Pitch-books, Industry Analysis) with minimal supervision
*A passion to work within the TMT sector - previous sector experience is not essential but is preferred
*Fluent German is definite advantage but not essential
