M&A Associate, Global Real Assets
Prestigious global house seeks high calibre individual with superior academics, to include a Masters Degree or MBA gained from a top tier institution and sound financial modelling, and quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. MA experience will be from a private equity or investment banking environment, with sector specialism being Energy, Infrastructure, FIG or Transportation. Specific exposure to the Global Real Assets/Maritime sector will be a distinct advantage
Working as a member of a highly regarded and experienced team focusing on global real assets to include real estate, infrastructure and maritime investing, the successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of the investment process to include evaluating new transactions, underwriting, due diligence, drafting investment memoranda and presenting investment opportunities both internally and externally to clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential to complement the strong technical skills and the successful candidate must demonstrate a collegiate approach and the desire and ability to mentor and develop junior members of the team.
