M&A – Associate. Newly qualified ACA reqd recruitment
We anticipate that you will have qualified for your ACA with First Time Passes in 2011 and gone on to do some work in TS or Lead Advisory.
Your role will be as a Deal Manager of mid-sized MA transactions (local and cross-border) covering multiple sectors including TMT, Industrials, Services and Consumer/Retail. You will be using the financial analysis skills you learnt as an accountant to arrive at valuations of companies, to negotiate favourable terms in buy and sell-side scenarios and to help Private Equity firms with their due diligence processes.
You will be expected to learn how to market, document and pitch for advisory work and over time will develop the Corporate Finance toolkit that will enable you to become accomplished leader then originator of deals yourself.
