This exceptional role will focus on mid cap transactions across a wide range of sectors. This role represents an exceptional opportunity to join a strong team offering diverse sector exposure and excellent client contact through the transaction.
Responsibilities will include:
• Origination execution of MA transactions, strategic advisory and client coverage projects.
• Providing managing industry and sector research, company valuations and financial modeling.
• Preparing managing presentations for clients, investors and wider investment community.
Successful candidates will display an exceptional academic background and a strong record of achievement within a reputable investment bank / boutique or accountancy practice. Candidates will have very strong analytical and communication skills and a good knowledge of valuation/modeling techniques.
