M&A Associate recruitment
Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting relevant industry research
- Maintaining client relationships
- Structuring transactions and closing deals
- Drafting memorandum, negotiating purchase and credit agreements, and all other transaction related documentation
- Creating client presentations
- Performing all due diligence; building and analyzing complex financial models.
Required Skills/ Qualifications:
- MBA from a top tier school preferred and strong academic credentials
- Prior experience with deal execution
- Strong accounting and finance background
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Superb computer skills including the entire MS Office Suite
- Proven industry analysis, financial analysis, and modeling skills
- Desire to be challenged and stimulated on a daily basis in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and merit-based environment.
- High energy, hard working entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment that values the input and advice of everyone
