M&A Associate recruitment

 Job  Responsibilities:

 
1?Industry/sector/corporate research?Conclude the research information and document it;
2?Coordination internally and externally on the following areas:
-Due Diligence/ site visit process
-Company valuation
-Business model
-Negotiation support,and projection implementation
3?Support on coordination to our oversea partners with Chinese targets on their site visit /negotiations?assist in project leader on transaction execution;
4?Preparation of company’s brochure/ marketing presentation;
5?Coordinate with legal, finance and marketing department for the project process:
-Support on coordination of key marketing events and seminars
-Support on the investor relations activities
-Business development support
 
 
Requirements:
1?Financial and business Analysis: critical interpretation and analysis of economic and financial data;
2?Quantitative analysis and business modeling: quantitative and qualitative information (mainly, accounting and corporate data, gathered at top management level);
3?Industry and corporate research;
4?Project Management: project scope definition, resource management, quality and deadline management, cost and efficiency control and client management;
5?Report writing: MS Power Point and Word report structuring and presentation of results.
 
Qualifications /experience/merits:
 
1?Bachelor degree above from creditable University;
2?Postgraduate Education preferred (finance, or MBA or Economics, etc), Oversea education preferred;
3?3-5 years of MA experience in investment banking /or accounting/ or consulting /or investment capacity;
4?Excellent English (oral and writing): English will be taken as work language;
5?Competent computer skills (MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word);
6?Open minded, good communication skill,Good team player;
7?Fast learner, willing to learn;
8?Hardworking, able to work independently, detail oriented, solution driven.
