M&A – Associates recruitment

Numbers Executive is currently sourcing experienced MA professionals for a number of Melbourne-based opportunities. 

As a mid-level Manager, Senior Associates / Associate Directors are part of a team that provides advice to clients with respect to a range of corporate actions such as capital raisings, mergers, acquisitions, divestments and other strategic initiatives.

As an experienced member of the team, you will possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, have a sound understanding of the local marketplace and be capable of directing analysts and reviewing their work regarding the production of qualitative and quantitative research  analysis spanning a range of transaction types and sectors.

Successful applicants will have 4-7 years of MA experience, which will be gained in an MA / Sector team within an Investment Bank, Big 4 MA team or independent corporate advisory house.  You will have countless examples of prior transactions to talk through and have demonstrable experience managing junior staff members. 

A strong communicator with high levels of emotional intelligence, it is expected that you will be academically strong and likely have a relevant post-graduate qualification such as CFA or CA.
