M&A Associates (x2): Nordic Coverage & UK Public M&A – Global M&A Advisory Team recruitment
One role will be Nordic focused and we are ideally seeking a native or fluent Swedish speaker. The second opening is for a UK focused MA Associate to cover largely UK PLC transactions, so knowledge of The Blue Book is essential.
We are looking to speak with top rated, bulge bracket trained MA bankers with first rate academic credentials. Given the high level of execution, it’s essential that you can demonstrate at least a handful of deals, buy- or sell-sides, which you’ve had significant responsibility on and which have closed. You will need to demonstrate, as well as having the necessary technical skills, that you have the character, drive and intellectual potential to progress through the Associate levels and beyond. Our client has a strict policy that they will not hire anyone they do not believe can make it to MD in this firm, so you must fulfil several criteria. The firm has successfully completed various high profile and cross-border multi-billion pound deals across several sectors.
