M&A Director recruitment
A well known international energy and power company is looking to hire an experienced MA professional for a brand new position, heading up their MA function.
This is a pivotal role within the business. Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Investment appraisal/deal evaluation
- Structuring transactions
- Key input into group MA strategy
- Involvement in funding origination
- Working with financial modelling team
- Liaising with banks
As a new position, there is flexibility as to how the role will be structured and this will depend on the profile and aspirations of the successful candidate. The business is interested in hearing from anyone with the following:
- Investment banking experience
- Direct MA experience, including acting as project lead on at least one deal
- Involvement in strategic decision making
- Experience of raising equity
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Energy sector experience
