M&A FIG Consultant (German speaking) recruitment
In this broad and varied role, you will be part of an experienced and ambitious team which focuses on advising banks, insurance and financial services. Your main duties will encompass MA affairs, market screening, valuations and strategic due diligence. Furthermore, you will be planning and executing MA transactions independently from pitch to project-related negotiations.
The ideal candidates hold an excellent degree in Economics and relevant qualifications such as CFA and have 4 - 8 years of experience in MA. Furthermore, you present an excellent buy and sell-side projects track record and have high level of commitment and resilience. Fluency in English and German is required; any additional language would be an asset.
