A leading player in the oil and gas industry, our client has aggressive plans to expand their operations across APAC. Due to an internal promotion, they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive the growth of the company through MA activities. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
• Developing strategic plans and assessing entry strategies for new business initiatives
• Identifying investment opportunities and evaluating greenfield/brownfield projects
• Working with cross functional teams on origination, due diligence, valuation and structuring of deals
You are degree qualified with at least 6 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in an in-house MA/ business development/ corporate finance position. You demonstrate good understanding of the dynamics within the oil gas space and thrive on the challenges of a start up environment. You are associated with the following traits: driven, personable, analytical and perceptive. Travelling in excess of 40% is anticipated for this position. Proficiency in an additional Asian language would be critical for success in this role.
