M&A MANAGER, SAUDI recruitment

Our client, a leading international firm, is seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager for their Saudi office. The successful candidate will lead small teams and manage MA engagements, understanding the client's needs and the nature and structure of the transactions. Responsibilities will include playing an important role in new business development including marketing, proposal preparation and follow up, maintaining good relationships with key equity investors and financial institutions.

Candidates will be -

* Experience of leading MA transaction and knowledge of the MA transaction process
* Very good knowledge of financial statement analysis and valuation concepts
* Understanding of Quality Risk Management (QRM) procedures
* Professional accountancy qualification and strong academic record
* Excellent written communication skills (able to deliver high-quality client-focused documentation including Information Memorandum and Presentations)
* Effective time management skills, able to keep calm when under pressure to meet deadlines
* Team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all level
* Effective written and verbal communication
* Bilingual (Arabic and English)
