M&A Oil & Gas Associate recruitment
I’m currently working with a strong oil gas boutique who have recently taken on another originator for the team. With the deals they are already working on and potential new business they need another junior to work closely with the senior staff.
The role would be to work on MA oil gas transactions, mainly on the execution side to start with and then assisting senior team members on origination of deals. There is very little pitching involved for the team as the top clients keep them busy with new projects. The team is well known in the space and can offer a work/life balance without loosing focus on the advisory work and sector.
Applicants will need:
- 3-5 years of MA experience, at least 3 of them with a bank
- Strong oil gas experience
- Relevant degree from a highly rated university, achieved 2:1 or first
- EU passport or tier 1 visa, as my client is unable to sponsor
- Understanding of the London market and strong network
