Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling work in each stage of MA financial advising projects, in charge of project contracting;
2. Perform duties including MA negotiation, due diligence, trading structure design, MA financing, assets restructure, and subsequent supervision after MA for related MA parties;
3. Responsible for collaboration and cooperation with other intermediary institutions.
Main Requirements:
1. Honest and diligent, with good tracking records;
2. Quick to learn, have comprehensive understanding in investment banking business, familiar with policies and regulations concerning MA and MA financing;
3. Have experience in MA business, with certain social resources, background, and MA project resources, those with contracting ability for MA projects are preferable.
4. Master degree or abobe, major in economics, finance, accounting, law, and MBA;
5. Returnees with overseas experience esp. in USA, UK and HK are preferable.
