M&A, Senior Analyst (x3)
All applicants must have first rate academic credentials including a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from top academic institutions.
It’s preferred that applicants currently work in either Lead Advisory, Valuations or Transaction Services groups within the Big 4 although we are open to looking at those with experience limited to Audit.
This is a rare opportunity that will attract significant interest but our client is keen to move quickly and secure three top ranked Chartered Accountants.
The firm has a track record of working on some of the most high profile MA and financing transactions of recent times. They have made some key strategic hires at the senior level recently and there will be further hires in addition to these. You will gain exposure to buy- and sell-side MA deals across a very broad range of sectors and geographies and you will become a specialist in public as well as private company MA.
