As a senior associate you are able to take on responsibility from day one, in the business field you are enthusiastic about - financial services. As a member of an experienced team you develop innovative, value creating solutions.
You will be involved in the development and implementation of (growth) strategies, performance improvement and restructuring programs. In addition, you will use your experience to support the origination and execution of M A transactions, and the establishment of Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances.

The position is based in Hamburg.
Job Qualifications
• German native speaker
• Minimum of 3 years corporate finance (MA) experience gained at either an Investment Bank, MA Advisory Boutique or a Big 4 firm
• The position requires a self-confident person who is a self-starter; highly motivated and reliable, with strong team spirit, well organised with good attention to detail
• Strong technical / analytical / Excel skills; Strong valuation and accounting skills
• Experience of sale and purchase agreement negotiations would be an advantage
• Previous client exposure and experience
• Bachelor or Master’s degree, first-rate academic record
• Exposure to and / or interest in the Financial Services and / or Financial Technology Services sector will be a distinct advantage
