M&A TMT Analyst / Associate
Our Client:
Is a leading international Investment Bank. They have an extremely successful MA investment banking team in London. They are looking for an exceptional Analyst/ Associate Director with first class MA investment banking experience, with a long track record of MA transactions (completed or otherwise - Generalist or TMT focused).
Job Summary:
Roles within the business are balanced between winning new business and the execution of investment banking projects. As a analyst / associate you would assist in execution of transactions as well as developing your network to become an originator. The firm offers excellent development prospects for your investment banking career, with exposure to the senior MA professionals who specialise in specific sectors.
Your experience should bring:
-Excellent analytical and technical skills
-Solid corporate finance knowledge
-Very strong attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
-Initiative to take responsibility for a task and complete it
-Strong teamwork skills
-Demonstrable experience within Investment Banking (MA, industry teams)
-Strong academic background
-Generalist, alternatively Industrial or Telecommunications, Media or Technology space [TMT]
