Top US investment bank hiring one Analyst 3 and one Associate to their Utilities and Infrastructure Investment Banking team in London covering European Markets

The Role

• Chance to join a top five rated Utilities and Infrastructure MA Team
• Role will consist of modelling, valuation and working on the equity story for a dual track MA-IPO process and valuation analysis for companies in restructuring
• Assisting with the due diligence process on sell-side MA transactions and support communication between clients and prospective buyers and managing information flow
• You will work on projects such as assisting senior bankers in the analysis of investment criteria of trade buyers and financial investors in EMEA to promote business opportunities to them as well as analysing major market drivers and running sensitivity analysis and creating investment materials
• Supporting teams in originating deals (research, financial analysis, valuation)
• Sector focus will be Utilities- Infrastructure PPP- PFIs in EMEA

The Candidate
• My client can only hire Senior Analysts- Associates to the team.
• My client will only hire candidates with either an MA, project finance Infrastructure or Utilities background or a corporate finance background with relevant coverage skills
• Desirable to hire and MA candidate from a bank, boutique or buy side firm or top consultancy firm
• Skills such as modelling- valuations- lending all important
• High pedigree of education ideally Msc level from a top University in Maths- Economics- Engineering or Science
• Any European languages a plus
• My client is flexible on what firm the successful candidate works for but not the experience gained.
• My client has two headcounts and wants to hire as soon as possible
