Machine Learning – Hedge Fund recruitment
The hedge fund trades in markets around the globe and around the clock and has a proven track record of trading strategy generation. In order to further progress this aspect of their business the fund is looking for leading experts in the field of Machine Learning to join their teams and work on model implementation.
The role will entail developing machine learning techniques and applying them to seek patterns in large, dirty and noisy data sets. A firm understanding of the underlying mathematics will be needed to adapt modeling techniques. The codebase will be at the forefront of machine learning and pushing its boundaries into new and exciting areas.
The ideal candidate will have:
An extremely strong background in Mathematics and Computer Science
Preferably a post graduate degree in Machine learning
An interest in finance
Should have an example of a machine learning algorithm
Experience with an OO language
