Machine Operator Job in Syracuse, New York US
Operate Grinder, Heat-Set, 100% and Set-Out Machines to meet required tolerances in a safe and timely manner.
Must have the ability to read mics and calipers. Knowledge of TS Audit requirements and control plans. The ability to run machinery to the appropriate assigned production lines, according to demands of Production Work Orders and Daily Production Schedule.

Meeting required standards while maintaining quality
Ability to make necessary adjustments to machines to maintain quality levels.
Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
Perform some basic maintenance and Preventative Maintenance tasks and communicate problems.
Sitting/Standing/Walking for 8 to 10 hours per day. Must be able to push and pull 100lbs and lift 50lbs. ability to work in warm environment.
Must pass background and drug screening
