Machine Operator Mixer
Kelly Services is looking for someone with experience as a Machine Operator Mixer. Operates mixing machine to blend ingredients into compounds for processing by performing the following duties: Loads ingredients into mixing machine hopper and/or directs other workers in performing this task. Accurately scales all ingredients as prescribed by individual formulas. Inspects ingredients for contamination before using. Start up machines, adjusts speed and monitors time to aid in blending and densifying mixture. Reads formula to match production schedule. Operates machine until mixture reaches desired consistency, and turns lever to unload mixture into dough trough. Pushes dough through dough feed hopper and loads same. Monitors dough depositor for correct thickness and speed. Operates auxiliary equipment (blender or Slurry) to break up, grind, dry mix, or otherwise prepare mixture for final processing. High school or General education degree (GED), one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. While performing the duties of this job, employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend and use hands, handle or feel objects. Required to reach with hands and arms.
