Job Experience: Requirements: 1.At least three years experience setting up, tearing down and performing operations on Vertical and Horizontal CNC Mills and/or Lathes. 2.Experience operating multi-axis Mills; 2, 3 axis or greater. 3.Experience with a wide variety of materials including, but not limited too, steel, aluminum, titanium, composites, etc. 4.Must be able to perform deburring functions. 5.Must be able to performing Machining functions up to .001 of an inch (.025mm). 6.Must have good math skills. Knowledge of Algebra an absolute must (familiarity with Geometry and Trigonometry a big plus). 7.The ability to read and interpret information presented in drawings, diagrams and blueprints to determine appropriate activities, tools, and next steps in the production process. Must be able to perform this type of function independently. 8.Programming experienced not required but highly desired; knowledge of G-Code, CAD/CAM. 9.Manual Mill and Lathe experience is highly desired. *All applicants must be open to shift work, 10 hour shifts and overtime* Minimum Education Required: High School Years of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years Expected Travel Time: None
