BS degree or Technical degree in Industrial Engineering is a requirement. Need stable, focused candidate looking for long term employment in this family oriented manufacturing plant with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting only. CNC experience is a must.Will be responsible for supervision, training and hiring techs and support personnel. Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
