- Analyst Year II (Shipping)
- Focused on MA and restructuring deals
- Focused on execution and responsible for the preparation of company valuations, financial modelling, information memorandum, detailed industry research
- Possess strong financial modelling skills

(2) 5 years of MA/Corporate Finance/IBD experience
- Buy-side top tier commodities firm, listed on SGX
- To originate MA deals across India and Pakistan
- Need to travel 40%of the time
- Ability to work independently
- Possess strong financial modelling skills

(3) 4-5 years of MA/Corporate Finance/IBD experience
- Sell-side MA financial advisory firm
- Associate role (Generalist)
- Focused on MA and restructuring deals across Southeast Asia
- Focused on execution and responsible for the preparation of company valuations, financial modelling, information memorandum, detailed industry research
- To train juniors in the team
- Possess strong financial modelling skills

(4) 8-10 years of MA/Corporate Finance/IBD experience
- Sell-side MA financial advisory firm
- SVP role
- Focused on MA and restructuring deals
- To lead a team of 6 juniors in origination and execution of deals
- Focused on Southeast Asian deals, in the following industries (i) consumer, (ii) commodities, (iii) shipping, (iv) real estate
- Strong deal sourcing, structuring, negotiation, execution and closing skills
- Ability to lead and supervise deal teams of 6 juniors, manage external consultants and handle internal deal approval process

(5) 15 years of MA/Corporate Finance/IBD experience
- Sell-side MA financial advisory firm
- To run Singapore office
- Originate MA and restructuring deals across Southeast Asia
