One of Harvey Nash's most prestigious clients currently has commissioned us to recruit an Investment Quantitative Analyst to join their Edinburgh office.

The role will work closely with the strategic department of your investment team. The team will be responsible for creating research ideas which feed into the wider company and the firm's global client group.
Job description:
-You will work on the technical desk completing in depth analysis on specific issues with the investment team and strategic issues.
-You will produce charts, tables and research material to include into the global outlook and perspective for the company.
-You will produce a number of presentations for the firm to use across the wide client base to show the company's global strategy moving forward.
-Answering statistical queries about company performance from different sides of the business, clients and the press.
The ideal candidate will come from a statistics background, have excellent presentation and communication skills and also work with accuracy and professionalism.
-You need to have excellent experience of Bloomberg, datastream and excel.
-Have excellent experience writing reports
