Northwest Broward County Florida based natural foods retailer is looking for a Mail Order Department Manager. Qualified candidate will have 5+ years of retail experience, preferably in some type of vitamin or natural products environment and meet the following criteria

Skills:
Management Experience
Excellent computer skills
Basic understanding of Facebook and other social mediums.
Knowledge of different shipping platforms
Highly Organized and detail oriented
Willing to take the initiative
Customer Service Experience
Supply Management Knowledge
Ability to Multi Task
Duties:
· Full time...Monday thru Friday
· Arranges shipment of inventories to the outside warehouse. Checks stock to determine inventory levels, anticipate appropriate product levels, and assure demand is met.
· Place and expedite orders for customers
· Determine the most cost effective method of shipping utilizing all available data
· Keep customer informed of shipping or stock availability issues. Answer questions. Respond to requests.
· Processes orders and assures proper pricing, customer comments, promotional pricing,
· Verifies outgoing shipments
· Manages operational traffic and work flow
· Handles all product damages claims
· Maintains strict confidentiality of all customer data
· Supports new projects by developing procedures to manage work flow
· Focuses on process improvement
