PAY RATE: $12/HOUR
Volt Workforce Solutions has a temporary position available in Pittsburgh, PA for an experienced Mail Room Clerk.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The Mail Room Clerk:
- Sorts incoming and inter-office mail in a timely and efficient manner.
- Packs for various courier trips.
- Waits on customers.
- Logs incoming deliveries and calls if required.
- Makes special pick-ups and delivers to offices.
- Prepares outgoing mail – i.e. seals, tapes, stamps.
- Processes outgoing mail according to postal regulations.
- Checks outgoing mail.
- Fulfills miscellaneous MPC (Mail Processing Center) duties.
This is an estimated one-month (until the end of December) contingent / temporary position, through Volt Workforce Solutions, based in Pittsburgh, PA. Requirements:
Required Skills for this Mail Room Clerk position include the following:
- Mail Processing Center experience required
- Must be both customer and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication, math, reading, memory retention skills
- Must possess basic Excel skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
