Maintance Fitter / Mechanical Fitter
Location: Keighley, Skipton, Bradford
Salary: £17,000-£18,000 (will inclrease on completion of in house training)
Our Client is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join there expending maintenance team.
Duties will include
* Responsible for servicing, repairs and maintenance to plant machinery on site
*Repairs to hydraulics and pneumatics equipment
*Dismantle re assemble of machinery and working to checklists
*Work to service sheets and complete appropriate record sheets
* operate general machinery safely and effectively
*Demonstrate the ability to pass on instructions and training to other personnel in the department
* Follow health Safety regulations
*Work with and alongside sub-contractors
You will have
* Mechanical city guilds certificate or equivalent
*Experience of working with Mechanical Drawings, metal blanking presses, wire drawings, and forming machines are essential requirements
*Basic Knowledge of Hydraulic circuits, pneumatic circuits, electrical and plumbing
Experience in the following areas would be an advantage Gas systems, welding, pipe fitting, general machining and heat treatment equipment
Attention to detail, Excellent communication Skills, SAP MS Office
