I am urgently looking for a Maintenance Manager with a strong technical background and experience at a food processing/packaging company, interviews will take place on the 21st of November. The job is located in the north of the Netherlands.
The Job:
Leading the maintenance team and if you are willing also the engineering team
Target: more efficiency through Lean TPM
50/50 preventive and corrective
Part of the management team: improve cost efficiency
The Candidate:
Strong technical background
Experience in FMCG/food/pharmacy/biotech process/packaging company
Experience leading a technical department
Engineering/mechanical degree
Hands-on
Strong leadership, strict but fair, result driven
Good communicative skills
Fluent in English and Dutch
