About the Job
Roles and Responsibilities: Start up designated machines as directed by Engineer or Supervisor. Support production by troubleshooting equipment, performing routine machine adjustments, and cover Team Member absents and production requirements. Be able to run all production related equipment and tooling in assigned area to support production in case of an emergency. Submit Daily work reports to his manager. should be first priority during normasl process. Anallyze scrap at line side and react immediately to any abnormal or excessive defect conditions. Support manitenance department activities for equipment and tooling to include PM and daily schedules. Particpate in continuous improvement activities as they relate to machinery and equipment including participating in Cross functional teams. Diagnosis common equipment issues as they occur and provide punctual repair. Perform tool chnages as needed on manufacturing equipment. Be able to support production setup of all Fukuda and Cosmo leak testers used in production operations. Job Qualification: Minimum of an Associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical or 2 + years manufacturing experience in Maintenance and/or Production. Must have strong work ethic and mechanical ability. must be able to work overtime and some weekends. Strong leadership and personal accountability. Must be able to use PC and have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
