Maintenance Lead
Maintenance Lead will be accountable for equipment performance by leading maintenance technicians to troubleshoot, maintain and repair mechanical, electrical control, pneumatic and hydraulic systems of packaging equipment, material handling equipment, mechanical drives, etc. Rebuild and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment as needed. Performs daily scheduled PM work on various equipment. This is a hands on position. Fabrication, welding (MIG/TIG/Stainless), electronic/electrical skills and conveyor knowledge. Knowledge of PLC/Allen Bradley equipment and trouble-shooting skills. Proven ability to supervise people in a constructive form required. Must have initiative and be a self-starter. A strong team orientation and positive attitude. Comfort working in a fast paced environment and under varying degrees of stress. Ability to interact well with individuals at various levels of the organization.
