Maintenance Manager Job in Bedford, Texas US
We are looking for a full-time Lead Maintenance person for a 272 unit Apartment community in Bedford, Texas
REQUIREMENTS:
- ORGANIZED, ABLE TO MANAGE MAINTENANCE STAFF, AND ORGANIZE WORK FLOW
- Ability to manage, record, and track repairs and work orders is essential.
- HVAC certified and Pool certification REQUIRED
- Strong building, repair and mechanical skills to carry out repair and maintenance on the property
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to work with residents and staff
- Must be able to work as a member of the property team. Must supervise the maintenance assistant and contractors on the property
- Must have prior experience at a apartment community
- Must be willing to rotate on call service with other maintenance employees
