Maintenance Manager Job in Kent, Southern UK
My client, an estalbished food manufacturing business, is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Experience
•3 - 5 years’ man management experience gained working within a manufacturing environment
•Working with new technologies is desirable.
•Breadth of experience is desirable to include cross company or department.
•Change Management exposure
•Experience of working within a Production environment – preferably FMCG
•Engineering HND/Time served apprenticeship
Skills and Knowledge required:
Specific understanding of the requirements of Health and Safety Regulations/Legislation directly relating to engineering; Mechanical and Electrical engineering; Previous working experience of CMMS; Project Management; Cost Management; People Development
