Our client, is a global leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturer with continued plans for expansion. Currently they are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Engineering Manager to a lead specialist team of engineers and technicians handling all maintenance and reliability programmes of the site
Eligible applicants will possess a formally recognised Engineering Degree and have considerable previous maintenance management experience gained in a highly automated FMCG manufacturing plant (ie: Pharma, Food or Beverage). You will have strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automated control systems and process plant maintenance under GMP manufacturing conditions.
We are seeking an individual not only with strong team management abilities but also someone prepared to provide hands-on support to engineers and technicians when required. You will have a strong focus on preventative and programmed maintenance and the ability manage budgets, materials and resources to complete work orders against measured KPIs. Your strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable in this challenging and rewarding role.
