Maintenance Manager Job in Peterborough, Anglia UK
My client are a multi sited, Branded, Blue Chip food manufacturer who are dominant within the Food industry.
They are seeking a Maintenance Manager to manage a team of approximately seven engineers to project out when work will be executed, based on equipment and resource availability.
You will have strong coaching and developing skills, you will have excellent leadership and negotiation skills, and strong proven success in PPM. You will ideally have good lean manufacturing techniques, and a strong knowledge of maintenance programmes for example FMECA and RCM.
You will ideally have a HNC in Engineering or a time served apprenticeship.
