Maintenance Manager
Judge Executive is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for a major food manufacturing company in Southern California. They will have 5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment. The selected individual must have a strong background in maintenance management as well and project experience. He or she will report to the Plant Engineer.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all technical and maintenance-related systems and results for the plant. This position will also be responsible for leading and developing maintenance partners capital project management and management of all maintenance related data support systems.
Requirements for this Position:
***BACHELOR'S DEGREE IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED***
• Computer skills to include spreadsheet project management and word processing
• 5yrs of food processing experience preferred
• Capital projects budget responsibilities
• Demonstrated skills in leadership of teams and continuous improvement development
• Working knowledge of automation technology
• Technical skills including: Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical
• Must have strong communication, motivation, interpersonal skills
