Vie de France Yamazaki, Inc. Bakery Division is accepting applications for a Maintenance Mechanic  

Qualified applicants will have a background in industrial machine maintenance.

Basic Requirements

·        Minimum 3-5 years industrial equipment maintenance and repair experience.
(Working in a food manufacturing facility a plus but not a requirement.)

·        Strong Safety Record

·        Knowledge of GMP’s

·        Good industrial mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

·        Good industrial electrical troubleshooting and repair.
(110VAC – 480VAC Single and 3 Phase / 24VDC – 90VDC Control Voltage and DC Motors)

·        Pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs.

·        Knowledge of HVAC is preferred.

·        Knowledge of Tig and Arc welding.

·        Must possess High School Diploma or GED.
(Formal technical mechanical or electrical training a plus but not a requirement.)

·        Candidate must be willing to work any shift as well as weekends.

·        Candidate selected for this position must have own tools.
