Maintenance Mechanic Job Description: An Sulfur processing plant is currently seeking a Plant Mechanic for an immediate, long-term contract to hire opportunity in Wilmington, CA. This Mechanic will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair of processing equipment including boilers and pumps. Additionally, this candidate must have prior fabrication experience with steel (Stainless and Aluminum). Successful candidates will possess 5+ years of experience working as a mechanic/fabricator. Prior navy experience is Ideal. This person must be able to reach blueprints, technical manuals, and understand electrical diagrams. We are seeking candidates who desire a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity in Wilmington. Pay is negotiable and based on experience.
