Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Maintain, inspect and repair filling and packaging equipment and facilities in the Production Facility, with minimal supervision required in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. * Good working knowledge and trouble shooting ability of automation equipment. * Handle generated waste in accordance with facility procedures and government regulations. * Be responsible for their safety and the safety of others in the workplace Qualifications Education Minimum Requirement: * High School Diploma or equivalent with technical or trade school training Required Experience and Skills: * Minimum 5 years experience with filling / packaging systems. * Must be able to follow detailed instructions associated with the operation and maintenance of production equipment. * Must be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision. * Able to fabricate parts and components for equipment modifications / improvements. * Ability to repair and install pumps, gear drives, mixers, production equipment, and perform preventative maintenance to same as required Desired Experience and Skills: * Certification and/or specific training related to filling / packaging equipment, engineering or technical experience a real plus Our employees are the key to our company's success.
