Total-Western Inc., an established power plant maintenance and outage contractor with offices in Los Angeles, Bakersfield, Mount Vernon, WA and Las Vegas, is seeking an experienced power plant maintenance and outage planner to work out of our Los Angeles area office. The successful candidate will have experience planning and scheduling gas-fired and combined cycle power plant balance of plant outage scopes. This includes determining the scope and schedule for outages, determining the budget, manpower and materials needs and developing the outage plan. He/she should also have significant experience with cost and progress tracking as well as schedule adjustment to achieve critical path milestones.
