An exciting job opportunity exists with an international leader in the mining industry for a Maintenance Planner in the Bowen Basing region. With relevant experience in a mobile maintenance planning role in an open cut environment you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing maintenance plans for the mobile equipment on site. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent you will play a vital role in enuring targets pertaining to reliability, availability and safety are met and exceeded on site. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing relationships with production teams to ensure that breakdown and scheduled maintenance occurs on time and with miminal disruption.
Relevant Trade Qualifications in a mechanical or electrical trade as well as extensive experience with CMMS e.g. SAP, JDE, Pronto etc are crucial requirements of this role. Relevant Heavy Mobile Equipment knowledge and experience are a key requirement of this role. Your effective communication, organisational and relationship building skills will assist you in successfully planning and implementing effective maintenance plans on site.
