Randstad has a great opportunity for a Maintenance Renewal Sales Representative with a software company located in Southern NH. Our client offers a fantastic work environment and a strong history of growth and stability.

The Maintenance Renewal Sales Representative position is an inside sales position which entails management, follow through and closing of maintenance renewals for the entire suite of software products to meet a territory sales quota. Specific responsibilities include communicating with clients by phone and e-mail, gathering customer information, investigating and contacting the appropriate contacts at the account, and overall management of the maintenance renewal process. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a busy atmosphere, prioritizes work well, and is willing to spend the majority of their workday doing phone contact work.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:

2+ years inside sales experience, preferably with a software vendor, or software reseller and have the ability to uncover cross-sell and up-sell opportunities where appropriate.

Ability to work independently to achieving goals with minimal supervision.

Technical acumen required to learn and understand the product structure and value proposition of our client-s suite of software products.
