Maintenance Supervisor
Royal Trucking has an immediate opening for an experienced Truck Maintenance Supervisor to lead 9 mechanics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To lead skilled technicians to maintain and repair equipment to support production, implementing and maintaining a preventive maintenance program, and accurate maintenance of files and records. Provide leadership, guidance and foresight in a fast paced environment to strive in maintaining a goal of a zero downtime. Spearhead a continuous program of improvement to remain proactive instead of a reactive maintenance program. Maximize maintenance technicians to ensure that maintenance requirements/needs are completed in a timely and accurately manner in such a manner to maintain current production requirements.
- Establish and follow up on activities with clear documentation of action plans and timing requirements to track progress and the accomplishment of self and team.
- Takes initiative in daily improvement activities by analyzing maintenance repairs/correction data and setting priorities from the results.
- When there are abnormalities such as machine problems or quality problems, takes action quickly to resolve the conflict through multiple departmental support.
- Makes suggestions on leadership as well as technical issues to constant seek improvement processes.
- Follows the company’s guidelines, standards and policies.
- Establish a high level of ethics in dealing with internal and external customers.
- Effective Preventive Maintenance Program
- Demonstrated ability to effectively implement continuous improvement initiatives and takes a leadership role with continuous improvement.
- Assists in achieving total customer satisfaction in Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Technical:
• Three years Industrial Maintenance experience
• Three years Technical experience
• Preferred Manufacturing Experience
• Maintenance Management
• Preventive Maintenance Total Predictive Maintenance
