MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR UNARCO INDUSTRIES Ensure that all maintenance activities in a facility are appropriately carried out Maintain and uphold the quality and standards of the company Maintain records of all maintenance and service activities conducted Manage facility equipment, as well as schedule all PM activities Recruit maintenance staff and evaluate their performance Interact with other departments to ensure the proper functioning of all systems in the facility Comply with all safety regulations set by the industry Delegate work to subordinates and ensure the timely completion of the same Prepare requisitions and other documents for the procurement of spare and replacement parts Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines Must have excellent leadership and organizational skills and the ability to motivate team members High School diploma required. Bachelor or Associate degree in administration, management, and personnel management preferred 2-3 years experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing facility required Experience with welding, metal fabrication, and facilities equipment preferred.
