Maintenance Supervisor
Highly regarded Chemical Manufacturing Company located in Mason County, West Virginia is seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Maintenance Supervisor.
Prospective applicants for this position would ideally possess the following:
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a supervisory role.
A.S. degree in Engineering.
Demonstrated knowledge of instrumentation and mechanical maintenance support in a chemical manufacturing operation.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to lead and participate in team setting. Experience establishing work goals and managing employee performance.
Possess effective communication skills and able to deal directly with management, peers and hourly workforce.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Supervise a team of maintenance employees (multi-craft) to complete general maintenance activities and projects within established time, cost and quality parameters. Provide maintenance plans.
Lead team of maintenance employees to perform work safely and in compliance with all environmental regulations. Coordinate permitting to ensure safety of all affected personnel.
Provide efficient maintenance support to a 24/7 chemical production process.
