has an opportunity for an experienced
Maintenance Supervisor
Position requires:
•3-5 years residential or property maintenance experience.
•1 or more years experience as a supervisor
•Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing HVAC systems.
•Ability to manage bid collection and periodically
oversee outside contractors and vendors.
•Ability to read and use blueprints to troubleshoot system problems.
•Outstanding organizational skills, ability to develop, implement
and monitor annual maintenance calendar
while responding to emerging issues.
•Computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
•Outstanding customer service skills.
Kingston Residence of Hickory provides
