Maintenance Supervisor Job in Jackson 39204, Mississippi US
Large international manufacturing co with over 100 processing plants in the US. The co is a leader in their industry processing consumer goods. The position is located in one of their smaller plants but will offer the opt for growth and stability.
The position will report to the maintenance manager and supervise a crew of five techs on the first shift. Will be responsible for all PM scheduling and planning, training and scheduling maintenance techs and in house projects.
The position requires someone with three or more years experience as a maintenance supervisor in a high speed manufacturing environment. Must have hands on experience with maintenance planning and scheduling and able to build a strong and progressive team.
