MAINTENANCE FACILITATOR

Viking Drill Tool is an employee owned, fast paced, growing

manufacturer of high-speed drill bits and other cutting tools.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to

manage the personnel and projects our maintenance department.

Qualified candidates will possess the ability to implement and direct PM

program and plan and schedule all maintenance of our plant and machinery.

Candidates will have two years of college or technical school or

five to ten years of experience in a related field or a combination of both.

Required skills are excellent verbal communication, project planning capabilities,

ability to lead, demonstrated problem solving and organizational abilities

to improve productivity, safety, cleanliness and health.
