Position Description

Maintenance Supervisor/Technician

* Provide direction and leadership to the maintenance department's skilled craftsmen
* Assist Maintenance in scheduling and prioritizing work orders.
* Assist in troubleshooting equipment problems and develop best practice procedures for highly technical equipment such as Salvagnini's and automated foam equipment.
* Become trained in RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), and use those tools to improve the reliability of the equipment and the diagnostics process for fixing equipment.
* Track downtime, conduct root cause investigations, and develop comprehensive maintenance plans for each piece of equipment to help maximize OEE.
* Track PM completion and continually adjust PM's to improve equipment reliability.
* Help Maintain TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program
* Provide front line tech support and have ability to identify root cause issues with factory automated software systems.

* Strong planning and organizational skills are a must. Should be able to comfortably deal with large amounts of data and rapidly changing demands and priorities.
* Strong computer skills; experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software and software.
* Experience with machine electrical/electronic control systems.
* Experience with maintenance optimization such as RCM is a plus.
* Must be available to work any shift and all overtime required.

Education/Experience:

* Two Year Technical Degree Required, 4-Year Technical Degree preferred. Will consider equivalent experience in lieu of education requirements.
* 2-5 years Plant/Project, Maintenance Engineering, or equivalent experience with a strong background in problem solving and trouble shooting.
