Maintenance Team Leader
Seeking a seasoned maintenance engineering professional to lead a team of engineers of multiple disciplines (Electrical, mechanical, Instrument, Inspection) to insure continuous improvement in operations and reliability of equipment at a significant petrochemical/chemical manufacturing facility in SE Houston area. The position will be accountable for the plant expense project process and will oversee the execution of small capital projects related to turnarounds and realiability improvements.

Requirements and preferred skills include:
BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Advanced Degree or P.E. desired
15+ years experience maintenance and reliability engineering in a petrochemical, chemical or refining environment.
Strong business insight and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
